Potomac Concierge is continuing to provide downsizing, moving, organization and personal assistant services in the Washington DC Metro Area. We have implemented extended measures to further ensure the health and safety of our team and clients. We can execute our services virtually using technology such as Zoom, Facetime and adding photos and files to Dropbox or similar options.
Potomac Concierge is committed to maintaining the health and safety of our team members and clients. In accordance with Phase 2 openings in the Washington Metropolitan Area, we are currently meeting with clients in person on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend that we meet virtually but understand that this is not always possible.
During all in-person client appointments, members of our team will be wearing a mask and maintaining a 6-foot distance at all times. We ask that you and any others in your household we may come into contact with do so as well. We will be washing our hands frequently during our appointments and using alcohol-based hand sanitizer before entering your home.
We will assess our health daily and cancel any upcoming appointments if we are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or have come into contact with a known COVID-19 case. If you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone exhibiting symptoms, we request that you contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There will be no fee for last minute appointment changes due to illness.
Additionally, Potomac Concierge has successfully completed the COVID-19 certificate course in Prevention and Safety Excellence for the National Association of Senior Move Managers. We are scheduling moves at this time using the utmost of caution and strict protocols.
We will continue to monitor the situation and respond swiftly and accordingly to guidelines set by local, state, and federal authorities, and provide timely updates to our clients. We are continuing to enforce and educate our associates on best practices for effective sanitation and hygiene. Being and staying healthy is everyone’s full-time job and we are here to help with that. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we look forward to carefully moving back to working with you person.
